Utah for All
The University of Utah engaged Aretee to conduct a Phase I feasibility study for Utah for All, an initiative aimed at creating inclusive higher education pathways for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With one of the youngest and fastest-growing populations in the nation, Utah faced a significant gap between K-12 disability support and meaningful post-secondary access.
Aretee led a comprehensive stakeholder engagement process—including interviews, interactive workshops, and immersive learning journeys with students, faculty, staff, community partners, and industry experts—to surface barriers, identify strengths, and define what a truly inclusive college experience could look like. The work produced a strategic report synthesizing findings across eight pillars of campus life, a preliminary program framework, and paths forward for leadership to act on.
The report established the strategic foundation for Utah for All's next phase, providing leadership, stakeholders, and the broader university community with a shared direction for building a campus where every student can thrive.
